Positive relationship building is at the heart of my work with clients to build lasting systemic change. From a place of authentic relationships, we dive deeply into understanding and dismantling racism and bias.

My approach helps clients put the power of positive and authentic relationship building at the core of their praxis. Every student and adult that I have worked with to successfully shift attitudes, behaviors, and beliefs has achieved change because we built a relationship grounded in trust, vision, and dignity. Moving the boulders of racism, and other forms of oppression requires us to see each other as human beings and connect.

I utilize a variety of teaching methods including visual imagery, theoretical models, small group dialogue, and kinesthetic interaction. My areas of work include the following, and are customized to the unique needs of each client:
