Tricia Speid, M.Ed., is a Strategic Life coach and facilitator.
I have always been drawn to supporting people in keeping their light on.
Leaders navigating responsibility. Parents balancing ambition and care. Visionaries in transition. People who are capable and committed, yet quietly asking deeper questions about purpose, healing, and transformation.
For more than 15 years, I have held leadership roles across education and organizational settings, coaching teachers, executives, and teams through complexity and change. Coaching has been woven into every role I’ve held.
My grounding began long before my professional titles. I was raised by my grandmother and grand-aunt, women of steadiness, faith, and quiet strength. They were my first coaches. From them, I learned that clarity requires stillness, that healing and responsibility go hand in hand, and that we each carry an immense capacity to shape our lives and impact the world around us. That grounding shapes how I show up.
My approach blends lived experience, human-centered psychology, somatic awareness, and an equity-centered lens that honors identity and context. I believe healing is not separate from leadership or ambition. When we understand our patterns and regulate our inner world, we move differently.
The people who work with me are often high-capacity and deeply responsible. They lead. They care. They seek growth, and they are ready for alignment.
Our work together is structured, relational, and intentional.
By the end of our time together, clients feel clearer, steadier, and more confident in choosing lives and leadership that reflect who they are becoming.
This is work rooted in healing, growth, and transformation.
