Our Story:
Mango Tree is rooted in love, growth, healing, and transformation. It is a return to what has always been true for me: that we are capable of imagining, creating, and becoming more than we have been taught to believe.
Mango Tree was born long before it became a coaching and consulting practice.
As a child growing up in Jamaica, I spent time in the mango tree. It was a place of joy, dreaming, visioning, and imagination. Under and around that tree, I learned something about possibility: that life could be created, imagined, shaped, and called forward.
I was also raised in the presence of women who taught me the foundation of love. My grandmother and aunties were women of steadiness, faith, care, and quiet strength.

Founder of Mango Tree Consulting
They were my first teachers and, in many ways, my first coaches. From them, I learned that clarity requires stillness, that responsibility and love can coexist, and that we each carry an immense capacity to shape our lives and to impact the world around us.
That grounding has shaped everything that came after.
For more than 15 years, I have held leadership roles across educational, nonprofit, and organizational settings — coaching teachers, leaders, executives, teams, and communities through periods of complexity, transition, and change.
Coaching has been woven into every role I have held. I have always been drawn to supporting people in keeping their light on.
Leaders navigating responsibility. Parents balancing ambition and care. Visionaries in transition. People who are capable and committed, yet quietly ask deeper questions about purpose, healing, identity, and transformation.
Mango Tree came to fruition from the realization that this work has always been part of my life.
It began in the soil of my childhood, in the wisdom of the women who raised me, and in my belief that our personal lives and professional lives are not separate; they shape each other.
My approach blends lived experience, human-centered psychology, somatic awareness, strategy, and an equity-centered lens that honors identity and context. I believe healing is not separate from leadership, ambition, or impact. When we understand our patterns, reconnect with our values, and regulate our inner world, we move differently.
The people who work with me are often high-capacity and deeply responsible. They lead. They care. They seek growth. And they are ready for alignment.
Our work together is structured, relational, and intentional. Together, we shine light on what is possible, listen for what is calling, and take bold, aligned action toward what comes next.
